28. Respiratory system

The respiratory system is structurally and functionally adapt ed for the efficient transfer of gases between the ambient air and the bloodstream as well as between the bloodstream and the tissues. The major functional components of the res piratory system are: the airways, alveoli, and blood vessels of the lungs; the tissues of the chest wall and diaphragm; the systemic blood vessels; red blood cells and plasma; and respi ratory control neurons in the brainstem and their sensory and motor connections. LUNG FUNCTION: provision of O 2 for tissue metabolism occurs via four mechanisms. Ventilation - the transport of air from the environment to the gas exchange surface in the alveoli. O 2 diffusion from the alveolar air space across the alveolar-capillary membranes to the blood.

Transport of O 2 by the blood to the tissues: O 2 diffusion from the blood to the tissues.

Removal of CO 2 produced by tissue metabolism occurs via four mechanisms. CO 2 diffusion from the tissues to the blood.

Transport by the blood to the pulmonary capillary-alveolar membrane.

CO 2 diffusion across the capillary-alveolar membrane to the air spaces of the alveoli. Ventilation - the transport of alveolar gas to the air. Functional components: Conducting airways (conducting zone; anatomical dead space).

These airways are concerned only with the transport of gas, not with gas exchange with the blood.

They are thick-walled, branching, cylindrical structures with ciliated epithelial cells, goblet cells, smooth muscle cells. Clara cells, mucous glands, and (sometimes) cartilage.

Alveoli and alveolar septa (respiratory zone; lung parenchyma).

These are the sites of gas exchange.

Cell types include: Type I and II epithelial cells, alveolar macrophages.

The blood-gas barrier (pulmonary capillary-alveolar membrane) is ideal for gas exchange because it is very thin (< 0,5 mm) and has a very large surface area (50 -100 m 2). It consists of alveolar epithelium, basement membrane in-terstitium, and capillary endothelium.

Ðîäèòåëè ÷àñòî èñïîëüçóþò ãàäæåòû, ÷òîáû óñïîêîèòü ìàëûøà èëè çàíÿòü åãî íà âðåìÿ, îäíàêî ó÷åíûå âñå ÷àùå çàäàþòñÿ âîïðîñîì, êàê ýêðàííîå âðåìÿ ñêàçûâàåòñÿ íà ðàçâèòèè ìîçãà è áóäóùåé ñïîñîáíîñòè ê îáó÷åíèþ. Îêàçàëîñü, ÷òî áîëüøå âñåãî ýêðàíû âëèÿþò íà ìîçã â äâà ïåðèîäà - â ðàííåì ìëàäåí÷åñêîì âîçðàñòå è ïåðåä ïîñòóïëåíèåì â øêîëó. Ó äåòåé, ìíîãî âðåìåíè ïðîâîäèâøèõ ïåðåä ýêðàíàìè â ýòè âîçðàñòíûå òî÷êè, â 9 ëåò áûëè íåñêîëüêî õóæå óñïåõè â îáó÷åíèè, à â 10,5 ëåò õóæå ðàáîòàëà ðàáî÷àÿ ïàìÿòü - ñïîñîáíîñòü óäåðæèâàòü è îáðàáàòûâàòü èíôîðìàöèþ çäåñü è ñåé÷àñ. Óìíûå æèëåòû, ñïàñàþùèå îò æàðû 01.08.2026

Ëåòíÿÿ æàðà â áîëüøèõ ãîðîäàõ âñå ÷àùå ñòàíîâèòñÿ ñåðüåçíûì èñïûòàíèåì äëÿ ëþäåé, ðàáîòàþùèõ íà îòêðûòîì âîçäóõå. Ìóñîðùèêè, ñòðîèòåëè è äðóãèå ñïåöèàëèñòû âûíóæäåíû ïðîâîäèòü ÷àñû ïîä ïàëÿùèì ñîëíöåì, ðèñêóÿ ïåðåãðåâîì. Êâàíòîâûé êîìïüþòåð Google ïðåâçîøåë ãðàíèöû êëàññè÷åñêèõ âû÷èñëåíèé 17.11.2025

Êâàíòîâûå òåõíîëîãèè íà ïðîòÿæåíèè ìíîãèõ ëåò îñòàâàëèñü îáëàñòüþ òåîðåòè÷åñêèõ îæèäàíèé, îäíàêî ïîñëåäíèå óñïåõè ïîêàçûâàþò, ÷òî îíè ïîñòåïåííî ñòàíîâÿòñÿ ðåàëüíûì èíñòðóìåíòîì äëÿ ðåøåíèÿ çàäà÷, íåäîñòóïíûõ êëàññè÷åñêèì âû÷èñëèòåëüíûì ñèñòåìàì. Íà ýòîì ôîíå ñîîáùåíèå Google Research î íîâîì äîñòèæåíèè êâàíòîâîãî êîìïüþòåðà êîìïàíèè ñòàëî âàæíûì øàãîì â ðàçâèòèè âûñîêîïðîèçâîäèòåëüíûõ âû÷èñëåíèé.

Îñîáåííîñòü íåäàâíåãî ýêñïåðèìåíòà çàêëþ÷àåòñÿ â òîì, ÷òî ñèñòåìà íà îñíîâå êóáèòîâ ñïðàâèëàñü ñ ÷ðåçâû÷àéíî ñëîæíîé çàäà÷åé çà íåñêîëüêî ìèíóò. Ïî ðàñ÷åòàì èññëåäîâàòåëåé, äëÿ êëàññè÷åñêîãî ñóïåðêîìïüþòåðà ïîäîáíàÿ îïåðàöèÿ îáåðíóëàñü áû âû÷èñëåíèÿìè, êîòîðûå ðàñòÿíóëèñü áû íà òûñÿ÷è ëåò. Èìåííî ýòî, ïî ñëîâàì Google, è ïîçâîëèëî âïåðâûå îäíîçíà÷íî ïîäòâåðäèòü êâàíòîâîå ïðåèìóùåñòâî, òî åñòü ñèòóàöèþ, êîãäà êâàíòîâîå óñòðîéñòâî äåìîíñòðèðóåò ðåçóëüòàò, íåäîñòèæèìûé äëÿ òðàäèöèîííûõ ìàøèí äàæå òåîðåòè÷åñêè.

 êîìïàíèè ïîä÷åðêèâàþò, ÷òî ðå÷ü íå èäåò î ñêîðîé çàìåíå êëàññè÷åñêèõ êîìïüþòåðîâ. Êâàíòîâûå ñèñòåìû ïîêà ïðèìåíèìû ëèøü â îãðàíè÷åííîì íàáîðå çàäà÷ è íå ïîäõîäÿò äëÿ ïîâñåäíåâíûõ âû÷èñëåíèé. Òåì íå ìåíåå îíè îòêðûâàþò ïóòü ê ìîäåëèðîâàíèþ õèìè÷åñêèõ ðåàêöèé, ðàçðàáîòêå íîâûõ ìàòåðèàëîâ, ðåøåíèþ çàäà÷ îïòèìèçàöèè äàííûõ è èññëåäîâàíèÿì â îáëàñòè êðèïòîãðàôèè, ãäå îáúåìû èíôîðìàöèè è ñëîæíîñòü ïðîöåññîâ âûõîäÿò çà ïðåäåëû âîçìîæíîñòåé îáû÷íûõ âû÷èñëèòåëåé.

Êëþ÷åâûì ýëåìåíòîì êâàíòîâîé àðõèòåêòóðû ÿâëÿåòñÿ êóáèò - êâàíòîâûé àíàëîã êëàññè÷åñêîãî áèòà, ñïîñîáíûé íàõîäèòüñÿ íå òîëüêî â ñîñòîÿíèÿõ "0" èëè "1", íî è â èõ êâàíòîâîé ñóïåðïîçèöèè. Íå ìåíåå âàæíûì ôåíîìåíîì ÿâëÿåòñÿ êâàíòîâàÿ çàïóòàííîñòü - ñîñòîÿíèå, ïðè êîòîðîì èçìåíåíèå ïàðàìåòðîâ îäíîãî êóáèòà îêàçûâàåò ìãíîâåííîå âëèÿíèå íà äðóãîé, íåçàâèñèìî îò ðàññòîÿíèÿ ìåæäó íèìè. Áëàãîäàðÿ ýòîé ñâÿçè êâàíòîâûå ñõåìû ìîãóò ðàáîòàòü êàê åäèíàÿ ñèñòåìà, îáåñïå÷èâàÿ âû÷èñëèòåëüíûå ìîùíîñòè, êîòîðûå íåâîçìîæíî ïîâòîðèòü â ïðèâû÷íûõ àðõèòåêòóðàõ.

 Google îòìå÷àþò, ÷òî âàæíåéøèì àñïåêòîì íûíåøíåãî äîñòèæåíèÿ ÿâëÿåòñÿ âîçìîæíîñòü íåçàâèñèìîé âåðèôèêàöèè ðåçóëüòàòà. Ïîëó÷åííûå äàííûå íå ïðîñòî äåìîíñòðèðóþò òåîðåòè÷åñêîå ïðåâîñõîäñòâî, à ïðåäîñòàâëÿþò âîñïðîèçâîäèìûé ýêñïåðèìåíò, ïîäòâåðæäàþùèé, ÷òî êâàíòîâûå ïðîöåññû ñïîñîáíû âûïîëíÿòü îïåðàöèè, êîòîðûå êëàññè÷åñêèå ñóïåðêîìïüþòåðû ýôôåêòèâíî íå îñèëÿò.

Ýòîò ïðîðûâ ñòàë âîçìîæåí áëàãîäàðÿ ìíîãîëåòíåé ðàáîòå íàä ñîçäàíèåì ñòàáèëüíûõ êóáèòîâ è óïðàâëåíèåì êâàíòîâûìè ñîñòîÿíèÿìè, ÷òî îñòàåòñÿ îäíîé èç ñàìûõ òðóäíûõ çàäà÷ ñîâðåìåííîé ôèçèêè. Íåñìîòðÿ íà ñîõðàíåíèå òåõíîëîãè÷åñêèõ îãðàíè÷åíèé, ñàì ôàêò óñïåøíîãî ýêñïåðèìåíòà ãîâîðèò î òîì, ÷òî êâàíòîâûå âû÷èñëåíèÿ ïåðåñòàþò áûòü àáñòðàêöèåé è âõîäÿò â ñòàäèþ ïðàêòè÷åñêèõ äåìîíñòðàöèé.
