Granulopoiesis, thrombopoiesis
Granulopoiesis is the process of granulocyte formation. Bone marrow stem cells differentiate into all three types of granulocytes.
Myeloblast is a cell that has a large spherical nucleus containing delicate euchromatin and several nucleoli. It has a basophilic cytoplasm and no granules. Myeloblasts divide differentiate to form smaller promyelocytes.
Promyelocyte is a cell that contains a large spherical indented nucleus with coarse condensed chromatin. The cytoplasm is basophilic and contains peripheral azurophi-lic granules.
Myelocyte is the last cell in this series capable of division. The nucleus becomes increasingly heterochromatic with subsequent divisions. Specific granules arise from the Golgi apparatus, resulting in neutrophilic, eosinophilic, and basophilic myelocytes.
Metamyelocyte is a cell whose indented nucleus exhibits lobe formation that is characteristic of the neutrophil, eos-inophil, or basophil. The cytoplasm contains azurophilic granules and increasing numbers of specific granules. This cell does not divide. Granulocytes are the definitive cells that enter the blood. Neutrophilic granulocytes exhibit an intermediate stage called the band neutrophil. This is the first cell of this series to appear in the peripheral blood.
It has a nucleus shaped like a curved rod or band.
Bands normally constitute 0,5-2 % of peripheral WBCs; they subsequently mature into definitive neutrophils.
Agranulopoiesis is the process of lymphocyte and mono-cyte for mation. Lymphocytes develop from bone marrow stem cells (lymphoblasts). Cells develop in bone marrow and seed the secondary lymphoid organs (e. g., tonsils, lymph nodes, spleen). Stem cells for T cells come from bone marrow, develop in the thymus and, subsequently, seed the secondary lym phoid organs.
Promonocytes differentiate from bone marrow stem cells (monoblasts) and multiply to give rise to monocytes.
Monocytes spend only a short period of time in the marrow before being released into the bloodstream.
Monocytes are transported in the blood but are also found in connective tissues, body cavities and organs.
Outside the blood vessel wall, they are transformed into macrophages of the mononuclear phagocyte system.
Thrombopoiesis, or the formation of platelets, occurs in the red bone marrow.
Megakaryoblast is a large basophilic cell that contains a U-shaped or ovoid nucleus with prominent nucleoli. It is the last cell that undergoes mitosis.
Megakaryocytes are the largest of bone marrow cells, with diameters of 50 mm or greater. They undergo 4-5 nuclear divi sions without concomitant cytopla-smic division. As a result, the megakaryocyte is a cell with polylobulated, polyploid nucleus and abundant granules in its cytoplasm. As megakaryocyte maturation proceeds, "curtains" of platelet demarcation vesicles form in the cytoplasm. These vesicles coalesce, become tubular, and eventually form platelet demarcation membranes. These membranes fuse to give rise to the membranes of the platelets.
A single megakaryocyte can shed (i. e., produce) up to 3,500 platelets.

Ýòî âûçûâàåò îñòðûå ïîëèòè÷åñêèå ñïîðû è ïðèçûâû ê ñîêðàùåíèþ ïîòðåáëåíèÿ ìÿñà. Îäíàêî ó÷åíûå íàïîìèíàþò, ÷òî ïîëíàÿ êàðòèíà êëèìàòè÷åñêîãî âîçäåéñòâèÿ îòðàñëè íå îãðàíè÷èâàåòñÿ òîëüêî âûáðîñàìè îò æèâîòíûõ: îãðîìíóþ ðîëü èãðàåò îêðóæàþùàÿ ýêîñèñòåìà - ïàñòáèùà, ïî÷âà è ðàñòèòåëüíîñòü, êîòîðûå ñïîñîáíû àêòèâíî ïîãëîùàòü óãëåêèñëûé ãàç èç àòìîñôåðû.

NASA òåñòèðóåò èííîâàöèîííóþ òåõíîëîãèþ êðûëà

Êîììåð÷åñêàÿ àâèàöèÿ åæåãîäíî ðàñõîäóåò êîëîññàëüíûå îáúåìû êåðîñèíà, ÷òî ñêàçûâàåòñÿ íå òîëüêî íà áþäæåòå àâèàêîìïàíèé, íî è íà ñîñòîÿíèè îêðóæàþùåé ñðåäû.  2024 ãîäó ãëîáàëüíûå çàòðàòû íà àâèàöèîííîå òîïëèâî äîñòèãëè 291 ìèëëèàðäà äîëëàðîâ, è ýòà ñóììà ïðîäîëæàåò ðàñòè. ×òîáû ñïðàâèòüñÿ ñ ýòèìè âûçîâàìè, NASA àêòèâíî ðàáîòàåò íàä òåõíîëîãèÿìè, ñïîñîáíûìè çàìåòíî ïîâûñèòü àýðîäèíàìè÷åñêóþ ýôôåêòèâíîñòü ñàìîëåòîâ. Îäíèì èç ñàìûõ ïåðñïåêòèâíûõ íàïðàâëåíèé ñòàëî ñîçäàíèå ñïåöèàëüíîé êîíñòðóêöèè êðûëà, êîòîðàÿ ìàêñèìèçèðóåò åñòåñòâåííûé ëàìèíàðíûé ïîòîê âîçäóõà è ìèíèìèçèðóåò ñîïðîòèâëåíèå.
 ÿíâàðå 2026 ãîäà ñïåöèàëèñòû NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center óñïåøíî ïðîâåëè âàæíûé ýòàï íàçåìíûõ èñïûòàíèé êîíöåïöèè Crossflow Attenuated Natural Laminar Flow (CATNLF). Êîñìè÷åñêèå ñïóòíèêè èãðàþò âàæíóþ ðîëü â îáåñïå÷åíèè ñâÿçè, íàâèãàöèè è íàáëþäåíèÿ çà Çåìëåé. Îäíàêî ó÷åíûå èç Óíèâåðñèòåòà Çàïàäíîãî Îíòàðèî â Êàíàäå ïðåäóïðåæäàþò î ïîòåíöèàëüíîé óãðîçå äëÿ ýòèõ àïïàðàòîâ - âîçìîæíîì âîçíèêíîâåíèè ïëîòíîãî ìåòåîðèòíîãî ïîòîêà, êîòîðûé ìîæåò ñåðüåçíî ïîâðåäèòü ñïóòíèêè íà îêîëîçåìíîé îðáèòå. Èñòî÷íèêîì îïàñíîñòè ìîæåò ñòàòü ñòîëêíîâåíèå àñòåðîèäà 2024 ãîäà YR4 ñ Ëóíîé, âåðîÿòíîñòü êîòîðîãî îöåíèâàåòñÿ â 4% è ìîæåò íàñòóïèòü â 2032 ãîäó.
Ñïåöèàëèñòû ïðîâåëè êîìïüþòåðíîå ìîäåëèðîâàíèå, êîòîðîå ïîêàçàëî, ÷òî ïðè ñòîëêíîâåíèè àñòåðîèäà ñ Ëóíîé íà åå ïîâåðõíîñòè îáðàçóåòñÿ êðàòåð äèàìåòðîì ïðèìåðíî îäèí êèëîìåòð.  ðåçóëüòàòå âçðûâà â êîñìîñ âûáðîñèòñÿ îêîëî 100 ìèëëèîíîâ òîíí îáëîìêîâ ëóííîãî ìàòåðèàëà. Èç ýòîãî êîëè÷åñòâà ïðèìåðíî 10% - ïîðÿäêà 10 ìèëëèîíîâ òîíí - ñïîñîáíî äîñòè÷ü îêîëîçåìíîãî ïðîñòðàíñòâà.
Îáðàçîâàâøèéñÿ ìåòåîðíûé ïîòîê áóäåò ÷ðåçâû÷àéíî ïëîòíûì, è ÷àñòèöû ðàçìåðîì ñâûøå 0,1 ìèëëèìåòðà ìîãóò ïðåâûñèòü îáû÷íûé ôîí â 10-1000 ðàç. Äëÿ ñïóòíèêîâ ýòî ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñåðüåçíóþ îïàñíîñòü, òàê êàê äàæå ìèêðîñêîïè÷åñêèå ÷àñòèöû, äâèæóùèåñÿ ñ âûñîêîé êîñìè÷åñêîé ñêîðîñòüþ, ñïîñîáíû íàíåñòè ïîâðåæäåíèÿ ÷óâñòâèòåëüíîìó îáîðóäîâàíèþ, âêëþ÷àÿ ñîëíå÷íûå áàòàðåè è îïòè÷åñêèå ñèñòåìû.
Íåñìîòðÿ íà îòíîñèòåëüíî íèçêóþ âåðîÿòíîñòü ñòîëêíîâåíèÿ, ïðåäñòîÿùèé ïåðèîä ïîçâîëèò ó÷åíûì ëó÷øå ïîíÿòü ñèòóàöèþ.  2028 ãîäó àñòåðîèä 2024 ãîäà YR4 ïðèáëèçèòñÿ ê Çåìëå, ÷òî äàñò âîçìîæíîñòü àñòðîíîìàì ñîáðàòü íîâûå äàííûå è óòî÷íèòü òðàåêòîðèþ îáúåêòà. Ýòî ïîìîæåò áîëåå òî÷íî îöåíèòü ðèñêè è ïîäãîòîâèòüñÿ ê âîçìîæíûì ïîñëåäñòâèÿì äëÿ êîñìè÷åñêîé èíôðàñòðóêòóðû.
Òàêîå ñîáûòèå ñòàíåò áåñïðåöåäåíòíûì èñïûòàíèåì äëÿ ñïóòíèêîâ è äðóãèõ îðáèòàëüíûõ àïïàðàòîâ, çàñòàâëÿÿ ñïåöèàëèñòîâ çàäóìàòüñÿ î ìåðàõ çàùèòû è ìîíèòîðèíãà.  óñëîâèÿõ âîçðàñòàþùåé çàâèñèìîñòè ÷åëîâå÷åñòâà îò êîñìè÷åñêèõ òåõíîëîãèé ýòî îñîáåííî àêòóàëüíî.
Íåñìîòðÿ íà íåîïðåäåëåííîñòü, ñîâðåìåííûå èññëåäîâàíèÿ ïîä÷åðêèâàþò âàæíîñòü ïîñòîÿííîãî íàáëþäåíèÿ çà ïîòåíöèàëüíî îïàñíûìè îáúåêòàìè è ðàçðàáîòêè ñòðàòåãèé çàùèòû êîñìè÷åñêèõ àêòèâîâ. Ýòî ïîìîæåò ìèíèìèçèðîâàòü ðèñêè è ñîõðàíèòü óñòîé÷èâîñòü íàøèõ ñïóòíèêîâûõ ñèñòåì â áóäóùåì.
