26. Heart
The heart is a muscular organ, composed primarily of cardiac muscle tissue, which contracts rhythmically to pump blood throughout the body. Structure of the heart wall: the walls of the heart are constructed in layers that are similar to those of the major blood vessels.
Endocardium is the innermost layer of the heart and is lined with endothelium. Veins, nerves, and components of the impulse conduc-ting system are present in the suben-docardial connective tissue layer.
Myocardium is composed of branching, anastomotic cardiac myocytes attached to one another by intercalated disks. Most of these cells are involved in the pumping function of the heart; others are specialized for the control of rhythmicity (impulse conducting system) or secretion (myocardial endocrine cells).
Epicardium is a serous membrane that forms the visceral lining of the pericardium. Its external mesothelium is supported by a loose connective tissue subepicardial layer.
Cardiac skeleton is composed mainly of dense connective tissue and consists of the annuli fibrosi, the trigonum fibrosum, and the septum membranaceum.
Cardiac valves are composed of dense fibrous tissue covered by endothelium. Unidirectional flow is maintained from the.
Right atrium to the right ventricle (tricuspid valve).
Right ventricle to the pulmonary artery (pulmonic semilunar valve). Left atrium to the left ventricle (mitral/bicuspid valve).
Left ventricle to the aorta (aortic semilunar valve).
Tricuspid and mitral valves are attached to papillary muscles by cords of fibrous connective tissue (chordae tendineae) and prevent reflux of blood into the atria during ventricular con traction (systole). Semilunar valves (aortic and pulmonic) prevent reflux of blood back into the ventricles during ventricular relaxation (diastole).
Impulse conducting system of the heart consists of specialized cardiac myocytes that are characterized by auto-maticity and rhythmicity (i. e., they are independent of nervous stimulation and possess the ability to initiate heart beats). These specialized cells are located in the sino-atrial (SA) node (pacemaker), intern-odal tracts, atrioven-tricular (AV) node, AV bundle (of His), left and right bundle branches, and numerous smaller branches to the left and right ventricular walls. Impulse conduct ing myocytes are in electrical contact with each other and with normal contractile myocytes via communicating (gap) junctions. Specialized wide-diameter impulse conducting cells (Pur-kinje myocytes), with greatly reduced myofilament components, are well-adapted to increase conduction velocity. They rapidly deliver the wave of depolarization to ventricular myocytes.

Ïëàíøåòû è ñìàðòôîíû äàâíî ñòàëè ïðèâû÷íîé ÷àñòüþ ïîâñåäíåâíîé æèçíè äàæå ñàìûõ ìàëåíüêèõ äåòåé. Ðîäèòåëè ÷àñòî èñïîëüçóþò ãàäæåòû, ÷òîáû óñïîêîèòü ìàëûøà èëè çàíÿòü åãî íà âðåìÿ, îäíàêî ó÷åíûå âñå ÷àùå çàäàþòñÿ âîïðîñîì, êàê ýêðàííîå âðåìÿ ñêàçûâàåòñÿ íà ðàçâèòèè ìîçãà è áóäóùåé ñïîñîáíîñòè ê îáó÷åíèþ. Ëåòíÿÿ æàðà â áîëüøèõ ãîðîäàõ âñå ÷àùå ñòàíîâèòñÿ ñåðüåçíûì èñïûòàíèåì äëÿ ëþäåé, ðàáîòàþùèõ íà îòêðûòîì âîçäóõå. Ìóñîðùèêè, ñòðîèòåëè è äðóãèå ñïåöèàëèñòû âûíóæäåíû ïðîâîäèòü ÷àñû ïîä ïàëÿùèì ñîëíöåì, ðèñêóÿ ïåðåãðåâîì. Äèñêóññèè î òîì, ïðîâîöèðóþò ëè âèäåîèãðû è ôèëüìû ñ êðîâàâûì ñîäåðæàíèåì àãðåññèâíîå ïîâåäåíèå, íà÷àëèñü åùå â 20-å ãîäû ïðîøëîãî âåêà. Òîãäà, êîíå÷íî, íèêàêèõ âèäåîèãð åùå è â ïîìèíå íå áûëî, íî ôèëüìû áûëè, è ãàçåòû ñ êðèìèíàëüíîé õðîíèêîé òîæå áûëè, è âîò îíè-òî, ïî ìíåíèþ ìíîãèõ, ìîãëî ðàñøàòûâàòü ìîðàëüíûå óñòîè è "óõóäøàòü êðèìèíîãåííóþ îáñòàíîâêó". Êðèñòîôåð Ôåðãþñîí (Christopher Ferguson) èç Ñòåòñîíñêîãî óíèâåðñèòåòà (ÑØÀ) îïóáëèêîâàë â Journal of Communication ñòàòüþ, ãäå îïèñûâàåò ðåçóëüòàòû äâóõ èññëåäîâàíèé: â îäíîì àíàëèçèðîâàëàñü ñâÿçü ìåæäó íàñèëèåì â êèíî è óðîâíåì óáèéñòâ ñ 1920 ïî 2005 ãã., âî âòîðîì òî æå ñàìîå áûëî ïðîäåëàíî äëÿ âèäåîèãð â ïåðèîä ìåæäó 1996 è 2011 ãã. Êîðîòêî î ïîëó÷åííûõ ðåçóëüòàòàõ ïèøåò MedicalXpress.
 ïåðâîì ñëó÷àå íåçàâèñèìûå çðèòåëè îöåíèâàëè ñòåïåíü àãðåññèâíîñòè â ïîïóëÿðíûõ êèíîëåíòàõ, ïðè÷åì ðàññìàòðèâàëè êàê ÷àñòîòó íåõîðîøèõ ýïèçîäîâ, òàê è èõ âûðàçèòåëüíîñòü. Ëèøü â ñåðåäèíå XX âåêà áûëî îòìå÷åíî íåêîòîðîå "ñîãëàñèå" ìåæäó óðîâíåì æåñòîêîñòè â ïîïóëÿðíîì êèíåìàòîãðàôå è óðîâíåì íàñèëèÿ â æèçíè, îäíàêî ïîñëå 90-ãî ãîäà çàâèñèìîñòü âäðóã ñòàëà îáðàòíîé, òî åñòü æåñòîêîñòü â ôèëüìàõ ðîñëà, à óáèéñòâ ñòàíîâèëîñü âñå ìåíüøå. (Òî÷íî òàê æå ðåàëüíàÿ æèçíü íå îáðàùàëà âíèìàíèÿ íà êèíîæåñòîêîñòè äî 40-õ ãîäîâ.) Èíûìè ñëîâàìè, åñëè ñîâïàäåíèå ìåæäó òåì è äðóãèì è áûëî, òî îíî ïðîøëî.
Ñ èãðàìè ñèòóàöèÿ îêàçàëàñü ñëåäóþùàÿ: ñòàòèñòèêà ãîâîðèëà ñêîðåå î ðàñõîæäåíèè ìåæäó óðîâíåì æåñòîêîñòè â èãðàõ è óðîâíåì áûòîâîãî íàñèëèÿ ñî ñòîðîíû ìîëîäûõ ëþäåé. Îäíàêî êîððåëÿöèÿ áûëà ñëèøêîì ñëàáà, ÷òîáû ìîæíî áûëî âîîáùå ãîâîðèòü î íåé, â êàêóþ óãîäíî ñòîðîíó.
Îòëè÷èå îïèñàííûõ ðàáîò â òîì, ÷òî ÷àñòî ñâÿçü ìåæäó íàñèëèåì â ìåäèà (îò ôèëüìîâ äî âèäåîèãð) è íàñèëèåì "â ðåàëå" èçó÷àþò â ëàáîðàòîðíûõ ýêñïåðèìåíòàõ: ÷åëîâåê ïîä íàáëþäåíèåì ñïåöèàëèñòîâ èãðàë âî ÷òî-òî æåñòîêîå, èëè ñìîòðåë ÷òî-íèáóäü òàêîå, à ïîòîì ó íåãî èçìåðÿëè óðîâåíü æåñòîêîñòè ñ ïîìîùüþ ïñèõîëîãè÷åñêèõ òåñòîâ. Íî íàäî ëè ãîâîðèòü, ÷òî ðåàëüíàÿ æèçíü ñèëüíî îòëè÷àåòñÿ îò ëàáîðàòîðíûõ óñëîâèé, è â ïñèõîëîãèè ýòî ÷óâñòâóåòñÿ êàê íèãäå? Çäåñü æå äëÿ ñðàâíåíèÿ êàê ðàç âçÿòà "æèçíåííàÿ" ñòàòèñòèêà. Âîîáùå ðàçíîîáðàçíûå êîððåëÿöèè òóò íàõîäèëè, è â ïîëîæèòåëüíóþ, è â îòðèöàòåëüíóþ ñòîðîíó, íî ïðîÿâëÿëèñü îíè òîëüêî íà íåáîëüøîì îòðåçêå âðåìåíè.  äîëãîé æå ïåðñïåêòèâå ñâÿçè ìåæäó íàñèëèåì â ìåäèà è íàñèëèåì â æèçíè èñ÷åçàëè. Ïîä÷åðêèâàåì: ðå÷ü èäåò íå î òîì, ÷òî âèðòóàëüíîå íàñèëèå êàê-òî ñòèìóëèðóåò èëè îñëàáëÿåò íàñèëèå ðåàëüíîå, à î òîì, ÷òî ïî óðîâíþ âèðòóàëüíîãî íàñèëèÿ íåëüçÿ íè÷åãî ñêàçàòü î íàñèëèè ðåàëüíîì.
Êðîìå òîãî, äàæå åñëè áû áûëà î÷åâèäíàÿ êîððåëÿöèÿ, íàì áû âñå ðàâíî ïðèøëîñü ðåøàòü âîïðîñ î òîì, ÷òî ïðè÷èíà, à ÷òî ñëåäñòâèå. Òåì, êòî óáåæäåí, ÷òî èìåííî ðîñò íàñèëèÿ â èãðàõ ñòèìóëèðóåò ðîñò íàñèëèÿ â æèçíè, ìîæíî îòâåòèòü, ÷òî âñå íàîáîðîò, ÷òî èãðû è ôèëüìû åñòü ëèøü çåðêàëî ðåàëüíîé àãðåññèâíîñòè â îáùåñòâå. Èññëåäîâàíèÿ òàêîãî ðîäà íåèçáåæíî íàâëåêàþò íà ñåáÿ óïðåêè â àíãàæèðîâàííîñòè, îäíàêî ñïðîñèì ñåáÿ: íåò ëè â áîðüáå ñ ìåäèàæåñòîêîñòüþ ïîïûòîê ïðîñòî óéòè îò ïðîáëåìû, íàçíà÷èâ êîðíåì âñåõ çîë ÷òî-òî íàèáîëåå î÷åâèäíîå, ÷òî-òî, ñ ÷åì òàê ëåãêî áîðîòüñÿ? Ìîæíî, êîíå÷íî, âîîáùå çàáûòü ïðî âñÿêèå ýêñïåðèìåíòû è ñòàòèñòèêó, íî ñîáëàçí íàó÷íîãî ìåòîäà, ê ñ÷àñòüþ, äîñòàòî÷íî âåëèê, ÷òîáû ïñèõîëîãîâ ïðîäîëæàëè áåñïîêîèòü ïî ñàìûì ðàçíûì ïîâîäàì - â òîì ÷èñëå è ïî ïîâîäó íàñèëèÿ íà ýêðàíå.
