Íîâèíêà îòëè÷àåòñÿ âûñîêîé ñòåïåíüþ çàùèòû: êîðïóñ ñîîòâåòñòâóåò ñòàíäàðòó IP68, ÷òî îáåñïå÷èâàåò âîäî- è ïûëåíåïðîíèöàåìîñòü, à óäàðîïðî÷íûé äèçàéí âûäåðæèâàåò ïàäåíèå ñ âûñîòû äî îäíîãî ìåòðà. Çà êà÷åñòâî çâóêà îòâå÷àåò 15-âàòòíûé äðàéâåð, îáåñïå÷èâàþùèé ïèê ãðîìêîñòè äî 92 äÁ, à òåõíîëîãèÿ BassUp 2.0 óñèëèâàåò íèçêèå ÷àñòîòû, äåëàÿ çâó÷àíèå áîëåå íàñûùåííûì.

Àëêîãîëüíàÿ çàâèñèìîñòü - õðîíè÷åñêîå ðàññòðîéñòâî ñ êîìïóëüñèâíûì óïîòðåáëåíèåì ñïèðòíîãî, êîòîðîå âëèÿåò íå òîëüêî íà ïîâåäåíèå, íî è íà ôóíêöèîíèðîâàíèå ìîçãà è èììóííîé ñèñòåìû. Íåäàâíèå èññëåäîâàíèÿ ïîêàçàëè, ÷òî äàæå íà ðàííèõ ýòàïàõ âîçäåðæàíèÿ îðãàíèçì íà÷èíàåò ïåðåñòðàèâàòüñÿ, îòêðûâàÿ íîâûå âîçìîæíîñòè äëÿ òåðàïèè çàâèñèìîñòè.

 NASA çàâåðøèëè î÷åðåäíîé ýòàï ïðîåêòà QueSST ïî ñîçäàíèþ ñâåðõáûñòðîãî ïàññàæèðñêîãî ñàìîëåòà.  áëèæàéøåå âðåìÿ èíæåíåðû àãåíòñòâà íà÷íóò íåïîñðåäñòâåííóþ ðàçðàáîòêó ñâåðõçâóêîâîãî ñàìîëåòà Low Boom Flight Demonstration (LBFD), èçâåñòíîãî êàê X-plane.
 ôåâðàëå ïðîøëîãî ãîäà NASA çàêëþ÷èëî êîíòðàêò ïî ñîòðóäíè÷åñòâó ñ àâèàöèîííîé êîìïàíèåé Lockheed Martin. Èíæåíåðû êîñìè÷åñêîãî àãåíòñòâà è ñïåöèàëèñòû àâèàêîðïîðàöèè âìåñòå ðàçðàáîòàëè ïðîåêò QueSST, ðåçóëüòàòîì êîòîðîãî ñòàíåò ñâåðõçâóêîâîé ñàìîëåò, îñóùåñòâëÿþùèé ïàññàæèðñêèå ïåðåâîçêè.
 ìàå ýòîãî ãîäà ìàñøòàáíàÿ ìîäåëü ïðîåêòà óñïåøíî çàâåðøèëà èñïûòàíèÿ â ñâåðõçâóêîâîé àýðîäèíàìè÷åñêîé òðóáå ðàçìåðîì 2,5 õ 2 ì, êîòîðàÿ ðàñïîëîæåíà â Èññëåäîâàòåëüñêîì öåíòðå NASA Glenn â Êëèâëåíäå (ÑØÀ). À íà ïðîøëîé íåäåëå ñòàðøèå èíæåíåðû êîñìè÷åñêîãî àãåíòñòâà è ñïåöèàëèñòû êîðïîðàöèè Lockheed Martin çàêëþ÷èëè, ÷òî äèçàéí QueSST ïîäõîäèò äëÿ çàäà÷ ìèññèè X-plane.
"Íàøå òåñíîå ñîòðóäíè÷åñòâî ñ Lockheed Martin ïîìîãëî íàì äîáèòüñÿ ïîñòàâëåííîé öåëè, è òåïåðü ìû åùå íà îäèí øàã áëèæå ê ñîçäàíèþ X-plane", - ãîâîðèò Äýâèä Ðè÷âàéí, ñïåöèàëèñò NASA ïî êîììåð÷åñêèì ñâåðõçâóêîâûì òåõíîëîãèÿì.
Òåïåðü êîìàíäà èññëåäîâàòåëåé çàéìåòñÿ ñòðîèòåëüñòâîì ïèëîòèðóåìîãî îäíîìîòîðíîãî ñâåðõçâóêîâîãî ñàìîëåòà. Îæèäàåòñÿ, ÷òî ïðåäâàðèòåëüíûå ëåòíûå èñïûòàíèÿ X-plane íà÷íóòñÿ óæå â 2021-ì ãîäó.
Êðîìå òîãî, â òå÷åíèå ñëåäóþùèõ íåñêîëüêèõ ìåñÿöåâ ñîòðóäíèêè NASA è Lockheed Martin áóäóò ïðîâîäèòü ïîñëåäíèå ïðîâåðêè QueSST â èññëåäîâàòåëüñêîì öåíòðå NASA Langley Research Center (øòàò Âèðäæèíèÿ).
