GlobeCore Biodiesel Reactor offers advanced continuous biodiesel production technology. This biodiesel reactor utilizes intensive ultrasonic cavitation to make the reaction instant, efficient and continuous. The amount of excess methanol required for the reaction is reduced to just over one percent. This biodiesel reactor has no moving parts, which means better reliability and long service life. GlobeCore biodiesel reactor is a flexible solution, well suited to be retrofitted into existing biodiesel production facilities to increase capacity. It can also be used in combination with other Globecore biodiesel equipment to build a new biodiesel production facility. GlobeCore biodiesel reactors come in capacities from 4 to 34 million gallons per year.
